Ag Specialist/Trainee Responsible for soliciting and/or developing and maintaining profitable account relationships for our ag client base. Acts as the relationship manager to existing customers by determining loan and deposit needs along with securing suitable credit and cross sell products. Acts a financial advisor for this client base in relation to these needs. Minimum Qualifications: Excellent communication and relationship skills. Demonstrated problem solving skills. 4 year business or finance related degree along with a farming/ag background.
