We seek a proven leader whose record of accomplishments in the healthcare sector is demonstrated by a clear ability to balance the mission of high-quality, compassionate care with the goals of strategic growth and financial sustainability. Strong physician/midlevel practitioner relations and understanding of provider practice management with a strong reputation for working well with physicians, employees, and community members.

The Chief Executive Officer plays the leadership role in establishing sound strategic and financial goals that address the growing competitive environment of the healthcare services agencies; in providing the vision to address future challenges and opportunities including managing the continued growth of the organization; in fostering a supportive organizational climate that builds staff competencies and supports innovation; and by representing the organization as the key spokesperson.

Masters degree in health care administration, business or related field, or 5-10 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Over 5 years experience in community health center or related health care oriented management preferred.
