| Community Coordinator The Community Coordinator will represent PAX in our local communities. The major responsibility will be to recruit 3 host families for our international students. We provide excellent PR materials to get the word out and our most successful coordinators are very good at networking. Once our students arrive in the middle of August, the CC is required to have a monthly contact with the student and family and support the students should any issues arise. There is a commission-based compensation per student and many other incentives and travel perks. Also, a coordinator who places 3 students will be invited to the annual 4-day national meeting in at a resort location in spring with all expenses paid!!
