| Regional Sales and Project Manager As a Rabine Sales Representative your job would entail contacting/hunting for potential customers through telephone, in person, at tradeshows, through association participation, etc. The main duty of a Rabine salesperson is to hunt for prospective clients to educate them about the Rabine Difference. Daily activities include prospecting for potential customers, educating current and potential customers on the Rabine Group products/services; making sales calls/visits and providing estimates; collecting information about the potential clients and documenting them; entering the customer details into CRM, including appointment dates or calls; taking orders and scheduling work. The compensation will be fully based on commission; traveling expenses will be paid for. Skills and Responsibilities: • Identifying Opportunities for Sales and Effectively Presenting the Key Features and Advantages of the Company’s Products to Secure New Business • Prepare Sales Action Plans and Schedules • Make Sales Calls to New and Existing Clients • Developing and Managing Prospective Customers Contact Database • Developing Sales Proposals and Presenting Sales Contracts • Maintaining Follow-Up Procedures to New Clients Correctly and Initiating Them under Minimal Supervision • Aiming to Attain Pre-determined Targets on Assigned Regions or Categories • Updating the Customer Relationship Management System with New/Prospective Clients • Monitoring Competitors, Market Conditions, and Product Development • Seeking Out New Income Generating Opportunities to Meet the Company Targets Skills and Specification: • Ability to Sell Products/Services to Target Markets within Our Business Sales Cycle • Excellent Written and Oral Communication as well as Listening Skills • Willing to Be Trained to Project Manage, Regional Projects • Has to Prospect Constantly • Strong Outlook • Positive and Passionate • Should Enjoy Selling, Working with Clients and Developing Healthy Relationships • Ability to Listen to and Understand Information and Apply It to Provided Solutions • Strong Desire and Commitment for/in Sales Success • Perseverance and Respecting Customer Response • Flexible and Agile Thinker • Perfect Knowledge on All Company Services and Products • Trainability and Coach Ability Education and Qualifications: • Sales or Project Management Experience • Would Like Candidates with Experience and/or Relationships in the following industries: Property Management, Utility/Energy Companies, Fortune 500 Decision Makers • Relationships and Available Network of Contacts • Retired/Reserve Military Preferred But Not Required | |
